About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

transfer from T3 to T2 at Capital Airport

Can you help to guide me how to transfer from T3 to T2 from arriving with AirChina from Sanya and taking international flight from T2 with Korean to Seoul?
It there a Shuttle? s it free? What is the distance between the two terminals?
Where is take of of the shuttle? How often it operates?
