About:Shanghai Metro Maps

Can I go by metro from No. 50, Lane 300, Wuning Road, Putuo, to Shanghai Museum?

And other central attraction? When checked on google maps it says it takes 2h in public transports?
Trying to find a hotel that's not too far in travel from the main sites.

The distance between the museum and your hotel is not far. Don't worry so much. You can make full use of the convenient metro system in the city.
About the transportation, take metro line 4 from Caoyang Road Station to the Main Railway Station.
Then transfer to metro line 1 to People's Square Station, Exit 1. After arriving, walk southwest around 650 meters to find the museum.
