i fly Moskow-HK-Guangzhou-moskow can i apply for 144h visa?

Hi, Ivan, you cannot enjoy the 144 hour free transit in Guangzhou. But you can use 72 or 24 hour free transit if your layover time in Guangzhou is within 72 or 24 hours.
