Is Philippines Passport valid for Free 72 hour free visa?

We are going to wait in Xiamen Airport for 15 hours before we take our flight to Amsterdam. I have Philippines Passport.. Am I allowed to enjoy the 72 hours outside Xiamen Airport?

You will be fine. Philippines passport holders can have 24 hours direct transit in China (but not 72 hours).

My flight is bkk to guangzhou then guangzhou to wuhan ,wuhan to dubai .
But i need to wait 13hours for can i go out from immigration to enjoy my 24hrs transit visa?
