About:Visa Policy of China

Do I need to apply china visa?

Kuala Lumpur - Beijing - Ulaanbaatar.
I take AirAsia from Kuala Lumpur arrive BJ at 4:30am in T2. I need to claim baggage and proceed to T3 to recheck in my baggage because I am travel with the Mongolia airline from BJ to Ulaanbaatar at 9:30am. May I know the exact procedures?
Do I need to apply china visa as I transit at the BJ?

You can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit in Beijing if you travel like that. After arrival, you just need to apply for a temporary stay permit which is free of charge at the immigration office inside Beijing airport, and then you can go to claim baggage and check-in again.
