transiting from hongqiao airport to pudong airport then will arrive at manila airport

Just for future reference, do I need to apply visa if I just transfer from Hongqiao to Pudong airport within the same day? This is because I can't find direct flight for HONGQIAO to MANILA. Thank you.

If the last country you come from is not Philippines, you can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai when you travel like that. And then you just need to apply for a free temporary stay permit to transfer from Hongqiao airport to Pudong airport. No visa will be needed.
