Adam: I asked this question as I was being told the only visa for Americans is the 10 year multiple entry visa or time period up to the end of the current validity period for your current passport. Cost - $320 USD and 4 working days processing time. I have now has this confirmed by 2 more travel agencies. The Regs at the embassy must have changed for US citizens.
