About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

I am an Australian citizen, planing to go back to China for a family reunion.

I have an invitation letter from my brother for staying in China from 2017-06-11 to 2017-07-06. I have booked an airline ticket arriving 2017-06-11. Leaving China 2017-07-06.
Question : How many days would be granted for my family reunion visa ?
When will the number of ”visa days“ start counting ?

Dominic, if you apply for a tourist L type for that, the duration of stay is usually 30 days which start from the day following the entry date.
