can we leave the luggages in the car when we go on a cruise?

since we have to check out from Guilin hotel and sleep at Yangshou hotel. Is the same car picking us up at Yangshuo after the cruise or another car from Yangshuo?

Yes. It will be the same car. Your private guide will accompany you on the cruise, while the driver will drive from Guilin to Yangshuo, stay overnight in Yangshuo. Then transfer you back to Guilin to continue to visit. So you may leave your luggage on the car during the cruise tour.
