About:China Visa

I have a ticket from Amsterdam to Hanoi with a stopover Guangzhou.

I wont leave the Airport, because of the short stopover time. My Next flight is from Hanoi with a stopover in Guangzhou to Seoul. From Seoul I Will flight to Shanghai and stay there for 3,5 days. Then its a direct flight back to Amsterdam. My stay in Shanghai is shorter than 144 hours, but I will have 2 stopovers earlier in China. Does My flight qualify for the 144 hours visa free transit?

Yes, Sandra, you qualify for the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai, your 2 stopovers earlier in China won't affect that. No need to worry.
