About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transiting in Shanghai. would I be able to get a 72 hour visa?

I am planning a trip to Hong Kong and transiting through Shanghai . If I go Madrid Shanghai in one ticket and Shanghai - Hong Kong on a separate ticket from a different airline.
I would Stay 48 hours in Shanghai between the two flights
