About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I need a visa if I have a layover of 15hrs in xiamen

I just wanna know if I need a transit permit if I have a lay over in Xiamen?? If yes how do I get it??

If you're flying Country A - China - Country B then you don't need a Chinese visa if you're only staying 15 hours.
