transit 15 hrs at HKG

Hi.
I am Indonesian, my Ticket from Chengdu to KUL will have one stop at HKG, arrival time is afternoon, transit for 15 hrs. As Indonesian passport, it must be eligible to go Hkg city for sightseeing. Is the transportation to anf from Hkg airport available for 24 hrs?
And how to get to Macau instead of Hkg?
