About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I'm flying back from Bangkok to the US, but will have two layovers in China.

My first layover will be in Shanghai for 4 hours and then in Qindao for 14 hours. Will I be able to get the visa for both Shanghai and Qingdao? Or only for one?

You can have a maximum of 24 hours direct transit, from scheduled arrival time in Shanghai to scheduled departure time from Qingdao.
