About:China Visa Exemption

1. can Australians land in Shenzhen airport and get the 72hr visa-free transit?

2. Can Cambodians get the 72hr free transit

Australians can get the free transit if he/she flies to a third country or region rather than the last one he/she comes from after transiting in Shenzhen.
Cambodians cannot get it.

There's no visa-free transit in Shenzhen for ANY nationalities.
