About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Flight from Doha to Changsha with a layover in beijing

I will arrive from Doha to beijing airport at T3 but will leave for changsha at T2. Do I have to collect my baggage and transfer to T2 and re-check in departures as usual? Please help...

Hello, it is an international to domestic transfer from T3 to T2 at PEK. You need to collect the luggage at the airport. The correct transfer procedures are the following:
1: Inspection & Quarantine, Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection
2: Baggage Claim
3: Customs Inspection
4: Going through Transfer Formalities
5: Security check
6: Waiting & Boarding
