Us Hong Kong Hong Kong Chongqing Chongqing Doha

Hello I plan to fly from USA to Hong Kong and stay 2 days . Than fly to Chongqing for 3 days and fly back Chongqing to Doha direct . Would this be considered 240h transit thank you
