23hr layover in chengdu

Question

Hi there, I am scheduled to have a 23hr layover in Chengdu this upcoming Monday. Is it feasible to get to the Panda research center as well as the Leshan giant buddha in the same day? My flight will depart at 11pm Monday night. I was thinking I can grab the first train/bus in the morning from the airport and head out to either one of these locations. Would you be able to assist me with this? Thank you!

Personally speaking this time seems a little limited for this trip. The transfer to the Panda base may need about 2 or 2.5 hours. So there is very limited time left for your trip to Leshan. The last ride back to Shuangliu Airport is at 20:20 from Leshan and stop at Shuangliu Airport at 21:08
