i would like to inquire about visa for china.

Question

I am currently holding a resident visa for dubai more than 6 months. My nationality is pakistani. I went to the chinese consulate in dubai but as per there requirement they require at least minimum 5 people from the same nationality to apply visa. So please guide me how i can apply for visa. Is there any other possibility. Currently we are 2 people who are looking for visa.
