Visa & distance from Beijing West to Dongcheng

1. I am Ayu from Malaysia. We want travel from changsa to zhangjiajie then going to Beijing. Is it we just apply single visa only for three city?
2. How we can go to Dongcheng from Beijing West railway station? any subway or shuttle bus to get there?
