About:Visa Application for Children Born in US with Chinese Parents

Can grandmother take her to China?

hi, my husband is natural American and I am Chinese with a greed card. Our daughter is born in US. So I know she needs a Chinese visa. But both me and my husband are busy with business. Our question is can grandfather(my mom) to take her to China? She is one year old. Grandma was the one that take care of her all the time while we both working.

Her grandmother can take her to China, but your husband and you need to provide your passports and the consent letter.
