About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I'm German and have an ARC,what I need to visit my Friends in China???

Is it possible to get a Visa here in Korea for me, or I only can get this in Germany???
And can I go to China with this 72 hours free Transit, when I go from here to China and return to Korea over Hong Kong???

Steffen, if so, you can apply for it in Korea.
If you travel like Korea-a Chinese city which carries out the 72 hour free transit-HK-Korea, you will be able to use the 72 hour free transit.
