About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Is it still possible to get the temporary driver licsence at the Beijing Capital Airport?

And how long does the process take? and what are the office hours?

Yes, the service counter is located at the opposite of Gate No.7, 1F, T3-C.
The service hours are from 09:00 to 17:00 (except public holidays). As I know, the whole process doesn't spend a long time. For more details, you can dial (+86) 010—64530010.
