Thomas, if the area you live belongs to the consular district of the Zurich consulate, you can obtain them from there.
It is possible to obtain them on the same day by paying a supplementary fee.

Since we are located in Lugano, Canton Tessin, I am not sure the consular district extends to it.

The Website of the Chinese Consulate in Zurich indicates that Federal documents released by following Cantons: Zürich, St.Gallen, Thurgau, Aargau, Zug, Schwyz, Schaffhausen, Graubünden, Glarus, Appenzell Außerrhoden, Appenzell Innerrhoden or Luzern need to be translated in Chinese, but does not speak about the other Cantons.
For your information we already prepared a Chinese translation of the documents to be authenticated.

If the area you live is not included to the consular district of the consulate general of PRC in Zurich. You may need to go to the embassy of PRC in Switzerland to do the authentication.
