Is your office authenticating a marriage licence issued in Hong Kong

I am a Canadian citizen and just got married in Hongkong last February 18, 2019, and I need my marriage get authenticated so I can start processing my husband papers to come to canada. Is your office autehnticating? And what is the first step to do tis?

Hi, if you get your marriage certificate in Montreal, Canada, you can get the document authenticated from the Chinese consulate in Montreal, Canada. You are advised to contact the consulate to inquire the details.
