Spanish citizen living in Zürich

I would like to travel as a tourist on 31st March to Beijing (a week) and then to Shanghai (another week).
How can I get the visa with my Spanish passport?
Do I need to go to Bern, do you have a consulate in Zürich? Is it possible to fill in an application online and send paperwork by post?
