If you have mentioned your all stops within the itinerary, you are definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit in wider Shanghai area. Just a detail... If your layover in Shanghai is longer than 24 hours, then you are eligible for 144 hour visa free transit, but if your layover is shorter than 24 hours, you will be covered by 24 hour visa free transit scheme. In any case, you do not need any kind of visa.
