Questions of application

Hello,

I am traveling with my Mother and 2 children. Does our application need to be notarized? How many copies of our flight and hotel reservation will be needed for multiple applications?

Dana, no, the application doesn’t need to be notarized. You need to provide three separate applications, so you need to provide three copies of flight and hotel reservation.
