My career is the most important part of my life and I am approaching at the end of my career because of my age, still have no big success. I am a physician, working continuosly for years but without consistency. My biggest problem is my employees. They all disappointed me, now I can't even hire a new one. How can I avoid from this bad luck? Lately, I have been thinking to close my business and go with teaching. Any luck within coming years?
My health worries me a little, especially the forgetfulness. I wonder where does it go? Do I have a particular weakness healthwise?
Also, I would like to know my birth stone.

You were born in the year of the Earth Pig, so 2019 will be a good year for you. Looking at your natal chart, you had the Sun, the Moon, Mercury and Uranus in the 9th House, so don’t travel to foreign countries. You also had Mars, Venus and Pluto in your 10th House of Career. Pluto here predisposes you to get into a profession, which works for the benefit of society. Your natal Neptune was in your 12th House and conjunct your Ascendant. It predisposes you to vague fears.
