is transit visa in beijing good to fly to dalian?

I'm an American citizen and I'll travel to Dalian through PEK (Beijing International Airport) on March 2.  Is my transit visa good enough for me to travel to Dalian from Beijing?  Thank you!

If you mean you are eligible for the 72 hour free transit in Beijing, and you want to use the 72 hour free transit to travel to Dalian from Beijing. It is not allowed. The 72 hour free transit can only allow you to travel around Beijing city. But if you mean you have applied for a transit G visa in your home country, you can use it to transit in both Beijing and Dalian within its validity.
