About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

My husband will have a connecting flight to vancouver( air canada) from beijing airport.

Upon arrival, what will he do first, get his luggage before going to t3?

Is it an international to international transfer? And are the both flights Air Canada? If yes, the correct transfer procedures are the following:
Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Stamped on the Boarding Pass - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding
You don't need to collect the luggage and recheck them at PEK.

Its PAL and AC.. anyways he is already on his flight going to PEK. And he knows when and where to get his luggage. Thank you so much for your reply
