About:Shanghai Transportation

What is the best (cost effective) transportation available from PVG to Seventh Heaven Hotel?

The hotel is located at 627 E. Nanjing Road.
I'm happy to take the Maglev but would really appreciate if you can compare the costs of taking the Maglev, subway and the Taxi..I'll be reachin PVG at 6 am..

Sahil, the maglev train starts operating at 7:00, while the subway is available from 6:00, and you can hail a taxi whenever you arrive at the airport.
The followings list three ways to reach your hotel:
1. Maglev + subway: take maglev train to Longyang Rd and transfer to subway line 2 to East Nanjing Rd. Leave from Exit 4 and walk westwards for 450 yards to find the hotel (CNY50+4, 25min);
2. subway line 2: take subway line 2 all the way from the airport to East Nanjing Rd, then walk to the hotel (CNY7, 1h);
3. taxi: CNY160 or so, 1h.
