24-hour visa-free transit rule

I am Indonesian passport holder, and I have a plan to make a route travel Berlin-Amsterdam-Kuala Lumpur-Jakarta (stay for around 3 weeks) and start travel back to Germany from Jakarta-Xiamen (layover around 10 hours)-Amsterdam-Berlin. Can I get 24-hour free transit when I transit in Xiamen and try to get out from the airport during my transit?

Thank in advance.

Didik, yes, you can get the 24 hour direct transit in Xiamen if you travel like that. You can go out of the airport as long as you apply for a free temporary stay permit at the airport.
