About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hanoi - Shanghai - Amsterdam?

I will fly from Amsterdam to Vietnam in April and go backpacking before I fly from Hanoi/Vietnam to Shanghai (May 2nd). I will stay some days in Shanghai and fly back to Amsterdam on May 6th. Is it possible to do so without a visa now?

Yes, it is possible. You will qualify for the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai if you travel like that.
