About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do i qualify for the 144 hour policy ?

hi.. i m polish citizen
i want to fly to shanghai from kolkata to hongkong to shanghai pudong airport and same way back.. on 144 hour visa is that a problem.. or is it ok to fly back the same way?

No, it doesn't work if you fly back the same way. You need to fly onward to a 3rd country or region after the stay in Shanghai.
