What is the best way for sightseeing in 1 day? Would we be able to get on a HOP On and Hop Off sightseeing bus  and where would we be able to board it?

Nargis, you are suggested to take a taxi from the ferry terminal to Youyi Rd metro station, and then take metro to downtown area. The sightseeing bus get around major sights along the Huangpu River, People's Square and Xin Tian Di.
