About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

London- Beijing - Hong Kong

I am traveling to Beijing from London via Rome. I am staying in Beijing for two days then I am flying out of Beijing to Hong Kong where I will stay for one day before getting a cruise that leaves Hong Kong for Vietnam do I qualify for the 72 hour free transit visa?
