About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Beijing Capital Airport to Manila Short Layover of 1 hr 45 mins doable?

We are travelling from Washington Dulles (IAD) to Manila (MNL) with 1 hour and 45 minutes layover in PEK. All flights are ticketed by Air China. Is this enough time for transit, especially with little kids? I know we do not have to recheck our luggage but do we have to go through immigration or just security check?

Yes, the time is enough. According to this situation, it is an international to international transfer both in T3 at PEK. You don't need to recheck the luggage at PEK. The procedures are Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Stamped on the Boarding Pass - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding.
