About:Beijing Travel

air china, vancouver to hong kong, transfer in beijing T3, what is the MCT?

hong kong is domestic or international? This transfer is I to I or is I to D?

Hong Kong is regarded as international area, so your transfer is international to international. As you use Air China for the whole way, the MCT is 60min as I know.
