About:Chinese Embassy in Colombia

i am colombian going to thailand.the fly has a stop in nanjin airport for 14 hour, do i need a visa?

can i go out of the airor during the stay?

in the same way, i am coming back from thailand, stoping in shanghai for 17 hours. do i need a visa?

No, you don't need it for both ways. In order to leave the airport, you can apply for a temporary stay permit upon arrival.
