Transfer desk in T2 of Capital Airport

Hello, I am arriving from Busan at 20:00. My connecting fligt is at 01:00am on the next day. I am a citizen of the republic of Azerbaijan.
What is the working hours of transfer desk in T2 that i can get boarding pass for my next flight (Azerbaijan Airlines) and pass through customs in order to get transferred from Arrival to the Departures floor of T2?

Question: what is the working hours of helpdesk in T2 and what is the best way to contact them, as on my previous experience there was no one in the frontdesk.
