Colombia traveling to New Delhi

i am colombian citizen traveling to New Delhi through Guangzhou, do i have to tramit a visa or what should i do? how is the "24 hour direct transit" work?

If you transit in Guangzhou for not exceeding 24 hours, you won’t need a visa for that because you can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit there.
