About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

I wish to visit Harbin under the 72 hour in transit free transit.

No direct flight to Harbin from London. This is the itinerary I can get. London to Harbin landing in Beijing with a connecting flight to Harbin. Not clearing immigration in Beijing & luggage checked in all the way to Harbin. Then Harbin to Taiwan connecting flight via Beijing. Am I eligible for the 72 hour in transit free visa?

Nope. Clearing immigration in PEK is a requirement.
