About:Chinese Embassy in Ukraine

this is Gabriel again.you asked me to fill a from if i want to apply for student visa from ukraine

where do i get the form? after printing it out and attaching my passport photograph, where and how do i submit it? do i have to scan it and send to a paticular website or something? and since i am a foreigner living in ukraine, for my residence permit, can i submit the photocopy? since my passport will be with the embassy, i will need a document to move around.. thanks..

You can download the form from official website of the embassy of China in Ukraine. After filling the application form out, you need to attach a passport-style photo on it. You should submit the application to the embassy of China in person or entrust someone else to do it on your behalf.
You need to provide both the original and copy of your residence permit in Ukraine.
