As a US citizen,Can I leave Capital Airport for 10 hrs while in transit from Philippines back to US?

ReplyAccording to your situation, you don't need to apply for a China Visa. You can enjoy the 24 hours visa-free policy because the stopover is just 10 hour. However, if you wanna leave the airport and tour around downtown area, you need to apply for the Stay Permit at the PEK. Then you are allowed to leave the airport. :)00Reply
