I am a jordanian travelling from hong kong to Guilin for few days

I am a jordanian national travelling from Hong Kong to Guillin for few days (vacation). Do I need a visa? can I get the visa in the border or I have to apply for it in Doha? How long will it take? and what do I need?

Yes, you need it. You cannot get it at the border. You can apply for a tourist L type in Doha. You need to provide your passport and its copy, the application form with a passport-style photo attached, round trip air tickets, and hotel reservation, as well as residence permit in Qatar. After you submit the application, 4 working days will be needed for the process.
