About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

London-Beijing-HK-Shangai-Beijing-London

Hi

If I was to fly from London to HK with a 48hr stopover in Beijing, then fly to HK and stay there for a few days, from there catch an internal flight to Shangai and fly back to London from there. Would I qualify for the free visa for both Beijing and shangai?

Munas, when you fly like London-Beijing-HK, you can enjoy the 72 hour free transit in Beijing.
When you return, you will stop in both Shanghai and Beijing, so you are not eligible for the 72/144 hour free transit, but if your total layover time in both Shanghai and Beijing won’t exceed 24 hours, you can use the 24 hour direct transit. In this case, no visa will be needed at all.
