About:Chinese Embassy in Oman

I am a New Zealand passport holder who is living in Oman.

My family and I have booked tickets yo china for this Thursday and just realised we need visa's to enter. Have we left it too late? Can we get these and can we visit China as independant tourists for 10 days?

Thanks
Greta

Greta, yes, it is too late. Usually, you are advised to apply for it one month earlier before your trip. If you will depart in Thursday, you just have one day to make the application. A visa is necessary. I’m afraid it’s too risk.
