Hello,I'm an Egyptian guy, 21 years old, I want to visit a friend in china for a week, now I'm preparing to have my passport, I didn't travel before except when I was a child, what the cost I should pay? and what are the papers I should prepare?Thanks

Mohamed, a single-entry tourist L type will cost you LE290. You need to provide your passport and its copy, a completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, and an invitation letter from your friend.

Usually, these things are enough, but the consular officers may also require other documents based on your situation. You can download the application form from this website or from the official website of the embassy of China in Egypt.
