About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

I am transiting in Pudong Airport T2 for 4hrs before boarding on Virgin atlantic flight to London.

Can passengers in transit have easy access to the airport lounge? Are the airport lounges nearby?

Yes, it's won't be difficult for you to find the hourly lounges in PVG. Upon landing, you will find several detailed English signs that will help you find the correct places. As I know, the location is Gate No.8, 9 Arrival Hall.
